-ensure all of the construction measurements are in the exact size
-ensure proper execution as per approved drawings
-provide timely updates on construction progress
-responds to owners’ construction revisions and changes
-receives and approves all the materials that have been delivered to the site
Key responsibilities: Welcome guests, check them in, distribute room keys, and explain the hotel's amenities Explain local amenities and attractions to guests Respond to guests' issues and complaints in a friendly, timely manner Prepare daily reports on hotel sales and revenue. Manage online, phone, and in-person room reservations. take payments from the guests
-welcome customers, inform them of specials, answer questions, and process orders.
-Preparing foods, such as sandwiches or baked goods, -grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea, and serving items to customers.
-Updating signage and displays to attract customers.
-Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter
-Welcome guests, direct them to the check-in desk
-Show guest room and resort amenities
-Answer guest questions and inquiries
-Delivers all guest messages/faxes/letters/parcels to the guestrooms
-Run errands requested by the front desk staff
-Giving directions to places of interest, sightseeing, and shopping areas
