HR/Admin. Coordinator
• Administers all job postings and advertisements for the job vacancies
• Responsible in sourcing, scheduling and short-listing candidates on the basis of approved manpower request
• Organize & conduct initial interview for the shortlisted applicants
• Conduct New Employee Orientation
• Responsible in providing all general HR support internally
• Managing the personnel records/201 file and ensuring all are kept up to date
• Preparing Monthly Attendance Report of the staff
• Responsible in legalization follow-up (i.e. visa, labour card, work permit, health card, etc.) with the PRO
• Responsible in application, renewal, cancellation and amendment of company licenses and health insurance
• Oversees the human resources database, ensure the system records are accurately recorded and cross checked
• Prepares memos, job descriptions, certificate of employment and updating Organization chart
• Ensures efficient handling of calls and client inquiries
• Ensures smooth communication in handling and delivering general requirements by all departments concerned
• Responsible in ensuring that customer complaints are handled accordingly
• Any ad-hoc task that may be given by direct supervisor
ISO Document Controller
• Responsible in ensuring the appropriate control on all documents and records related to ISO
• Responsible in reviewing the change / addition of document / records and generate revision Nos. / new Nos. if the document / record change / addition is approved
• Ensures that documents are stored and backed up and any retention policies are followed
• Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
Purchasing
• Prepares LPO for the requested supplies /materials
• Ensures accuracy in purchasing and communicating the requirements to the supplier
• Responsible in conducting supplier evaluation and verification
• Responsible in tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery
• Conduct initial interview for the shortlisted applicants and conduct new employee orientation
• Updates / renew employment contract of the staff
• Prepares and distributes Monthly Performance Evaluation of contractual employees
• Consolidates Daily Manpower Report from different project sites
• Updating the Organization Chart and Staff Masterlist
• Prepares and disseminate memos to all employees
• Monitoring of Manpower Request of different project sites
• Prepares payment for Monthly remittances (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig)
• Responsible in ensuring the appropriate control on all documents and records
• Ensures that all documents are stored and backed up
• Performs clerical jobs; Endorsement letters, Contracts, IDs and Certificate of Employment
Assigned in Recruitment, Timekeeping and Benefits
• Attends Job Fair in different municipalities
• Conduct Employee Orientation
• Processing of Payroll; encodes newly hired employees in our database
• Processing Regularization of employee; prepares Employee Profile, Background Investigation and conduct panel interview with the candidate and the supervisor
• Processing Promotion of employee; prepares Employee profile and Performance Evaluation
• Processing of Loans (SSS, Pag-Ibig, etc.)
• Processing of Clearances and Back pays of resigned employees
• Administers Exams (SRA; Culture Fair, 16PF etc.)
• Performs clerical jobs; Contracts, IDs, Disciplinary Actions and Certificate of Employment
• Welcomes customer by greeting them; offering them assistance
• Responsible in sales activities, setting up displays, advises customer by providing product information and offering suggestions
• Responsible in stocks replenishment and conducting inventory of products as per the schedule
• Other duties and responsibilities assigned given by direct supervisor
• Prepares and serves food of the customers
• Processing payments thru POS and credit/debit cards
• Performs general housekeeping and cleaning duties
• Attends and responds to customers’ needs promptly and professionally
