• Assisting in project design & Concept development according to budget constraints, environmental factors and clients' needs.
• Preparing construction & permit drawings in line with the local regulations and in close partnership with the local registered architects & engineers.
• Coordinating with various design entities, including structure, Electro-mechanical, landscape architecture & interior design…etc. to ensure that each project is delivered within the codes & standards, and according to the best practices in the construction industry.
• Following up construction projects from the concept phase throughout the execution phase, including site visits and supervision, design specifications, B.O.Q, tender documents, time schedules and material submittals.
• Multi-tasking & managing multiple projects at a time.
• Supervising new architectural interns following the company's ethics and principles.
• 3D modeling of both interior and exterior projects.
• Responsible for Visualization and Digital presentation of projects turning the ideas into realistic images using multiple software.
