Manage shop construction projects regionally, (GCC & Africa)
Preparing budgets CAPEX, identify all design and commercial parameters and handle them in coordination with Designers, Brand Managers, Consultants, Landlords like (MAF, Avenues, ….) and public authorities to get final necessary approvals on design drawings.
Ensuring design information is of the right quality and keeps pace with project timescales.
Getting necessary approvals on materials/alternatives/checking budgets mode of shipments.
Schedule the project in logical steps, Preparing contracts with qualified suppliers & subcontractors, negotiate prices, Site supervising to ensure quality & time control.

-Manage the construction team on site, preparing budgets CAPEX, obtain all necessary permits & licenses, Schedule the project in logical steps, Preparing contracts with suppliers & subcontractors, negotiate prices, Site supervising to ensure quality & time control, Ensuring the adherence to project health & safety plan, mange projects from design phase till handing over & doing the facilities management to the operated buildings..
Design Manager:- Manage master plan development by coordinating with master developers, project management, design & interior design consultants, regulatory bodies & government authorities in identifying and undertaking cuurent & future development plans
Supporting, understanding and advising the client as to the requirements and his obligations in the development of a building design;
Coordinate with design consultants to produce their best work using their experience and resources in a cost effective way.
Checking availability of proposed materials/alternatives /costs and get the necessary approvals from designer and client.
Communicate with short listed consultants, negotiate fees, identify scope of works.
Interior Design management & coordination between different parties for ( Four Seasons, Movenpick, Missoni, Club Med, Rotana & 2 Boutique hotels).
Have a significant input in business development plans, marketing strategy & events management.
