Key Responsibilities
• Providing Inbound, Outbound, Put away & Picking model process data and strategies to 3PL.
• Ensure accurate and complete accounting, reporting and internal control systems are functioning and that all relevant records are properly maintained in WMS system.
• SAP Order & delivery processing for Bose -Retail Direct Stores, Dealers, and Distributors for UAE.
• (GRN) receipt, Goods storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods Issuance (GIN) to end Customers.
• Coordinating the Import/export shipments & documents with 3PL freight forwarder and Distribution center for the receipts of good at Plant level.
• Supervise & Coordinating with 3PL Distribution center for the daily Stock reports update, account deliveries and managing all logistics matters with reference to both import/export delivery/distributor orders within and outside UAE.
• Inventory Data reconciling & analysis report for Bose Stores, SAP-ETP System.
• Monitoring the IDOCS and process failure for the Plant in IT back end Operational system through WE02, ZDSLL.
• Managing the Spare parts Orders for Bose Service Divisions UAE LLC for Service account.
• Managing Employee product purchase, Marketing sample products at corporate office for UAE Employee /Customers under GOL process & policy.
• Excellent understanding of SAP R/3 version 6.00, ETP, WMS system End user application.
Key Responsibilities
• Tracking Import & Local shipments for ODU/IDU's (Microwave unit IP20C) for Reliance 4G Project on Regional basis.
• Scheduling the Master plan for Material planning, Material delivery and Transportation arrangement on daily basis.
• Coordinating with Warehouse for the Incoming GRN, Processing of STO, and Material Issue Note for material Site deliveries onto all state Circles Warehouses through SAP P90 System Transactions.
• Managing the SAP STO reports, Inventory GRN Report, Circle Stock, and Material Consumption & Allocation on Warehouse plant level.
• Supervising a team of 3 LC's at Corporate and 20 LC's on Regional level, allocated separately at each Circle Warehouse.
• Conducting SAP P90 trainings for all Logistics Coordinators on board & preparing them for their KRA’s on Regional basis.
• Streamlining the process & operations activity in SCM by interactive Customer meetings for developing the process improvements & incorporating the existing process tools wherever required inline up to the Customer's needs and expectations.
• Managing the Stock reports, System Inventory/Physical Inventory level in National Warehouse by continuous audits.
• Tracking the GRN entries. Controlling the National Warehouse issues & escalation report. Tracking of the entire delivery operations from Shipment landing/Warehouse/Site deliveries.
• Handling the RMA (Return Material) operations & reverse Logistics process for faulty, wrong & short receipt shipments on Regional basis.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinating and executing the Logistics End user activities of OML (Equipment and Local services) for du Telecom Project, based on the Project requirement and Customer invoicing to ensure continual compliance with customer in SAP P20 R/3 environment.
• System execution for (Order Management & Logistics) transactions regarding the Service, sales and purchase order creation and maintenance, GRGI, CN/DN, Maintenance of Quantity contract (QC), Vendor outline agreement (VOA) for Sales Order and Customer Invoice Creation in Competence Development Services.
• Defining the Invoice plans for different Vendors releasing payment for Subcontractors based on the internal triggers set in IPM Systems & reports.
• Open order reporting, PO reports and e2e follow ups with Warehouse for releasing material onsite, Invoice reconciliation, Site deliveries.
• Manage and extracting the Purchase Order control reports towards the Vendor for Reporting and invoicing purpose. Maintain Purchase Order control and various other reporting for Purchasing to have e2e Logistics operation monitoring details.
• Responsible for the Vendor payments based on the Internal Acceptance triggered on IPM systems (Provisional Acceptance Certificate /Final Acceptance Certificate approval) & reports, IDOC resending in SAP for SO/PO.
• Rerouting the Vendor Purchase orders for Site address change management, booking the GR’s against the Vendors Purchase order for monitoring the cost.
• Worked on MLS X031 Citrix systems for Care Managed Services Invoicing Global orders (Hardware & services). Updating & reporting the entire accounted invoicing schedule with different departments.
• Well versed with SAP (R/3) MM Material Management Organizational structure of an Enterprise on functional level.
Key Responsibilities
• Handled high level repairs in Nokia Regional repair factory as per Nokia standard operating procedures for L1, L2 & L3 on Nokia phones,
• BGA component handling, RF test and Quality check for the repaired unit for maintaining the accuracy thus providing a satisfactory & quality service to the end user.
• Worked as Service Coordinator for Axiom-Phone care shipping pretested phones to regional factory, invoicing the amount for the repaired unit for non-warranty phones, quick SMS service & coordinating the overall activity with the Nokia Repair factory for Quality check.
