• I have 8+ years of experience in the banking industry, with a focus on back office operations (liabilities, gold loans, trade finance, and credit administration departments).
• I began my career as a back office associate at IDBI Bank, where I was responsible for a variety of tasks, including opening and maintaining accounts, processing financial transactions, and delivering services like net banking and debit cards.
• In 2019, I joined HDFC Bank as a deputy manager in the Gold Loan Department. In this role, I have gained extensive experience in the gold loan market, and I am responsible for all aspects of the loan process, from origination to collection. and also later, for 1 year, worked with the RBI Bonds Team for processing RBI bond investments.
• I am currently working in the CAD Department and Trade Finance Department at HDFC Bank. In this role, I am responsible for managing trade finance transactions, supporting the trade finance team's MIS, and also verifying stock statements for working capital purposes in the credit administration department.
