Recruitment & Selection:
▪ Responsible and oversee the entire recruitment cycle which includes sourcing, shortlisting, personal interviews,
candidate negotiations up to final offer and onboarding process for all the branches in Bahrain, UAE, Qatar,
Kuwait and KSA.
▪ Manage recruitment for different levels which includes senior level, middle level, junior level and blue-collar
workers for factory operations.
▪ Work closely and manage relationships with division heads in aiding them to finalize manpower forecasting and
recruitment scheduling.
▪ Successfully conducted recruitment drives to different countries based on business needs.
▪ Responsible to manage campus placement programs.
▪ Proactively develop recruitment strategies and maintain an effective database in order to anticipate business needs.
▪ Implemented and managed effective new ways of recruiting through social media while ensuring brand and
corporate image.
▪ Use LinkedIn extensively to attract talents.
▪ Maintain all pertinent applicants and interview data in the Human Resources Management System (HRMS).
▪ Ensure that sound references, psychometric assessments and background checks are conducted for all positions.
▪ Manage the onboarding of individuals from offer, visa approval, joining to probationary review.
▪ Responsible for targeting key candidates through advertisements in media outlets and recruitment fairs.
▪ Maintain solid relationships with preferred recruitment suppliers.
▪ Managing and developing a team of recruitersOther HR Functions:
▪ Manage the induction program which includes joining formalities, introduction to all departments, explaining
company policies and procedures.
▪ Ensuring all relevant paperwork is maintained for employee medical check-up, identity cards (smart cards),
residence permit, GOSI etc.
