Managing a team of 8+ Accountant's responsible for production and review of End to End Reconciliation of Hedge Funds
Monitor the accuracy of NAV by ensuring all the expenses, incomes, contribution, distribution are included before NAV is derived and flown for preparation of final statements.
Conducting brainstorming sessions with the team to generate automation ideas
Responsible for the preparation/review of periodic (weekly/monthly/quarterly) net asset values of various hybrid funds
Calculation and review of allocations for capital event and Trades (RED and SUB), including capital calls, distributions
Ensuring that the process is compliant with all laid down procedures and constantly enhancing existing controls by conducting control assessments, audits etc. and filing reports for the same
Perform Three-way reconciliation of Cash, Position and Pricing as per the data available from Pricing, Custody and Accounting team
