with safety regulations and quality standards while optimizing resource
allocation.

• Complete responsibility of sales and service department in rectifying problems
to acquire zero brake down, Evaluates and determines the most economical
spare parts without sacrificing the equipment performance.
• Setting daily targets and monitoring performance.
• Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization and also
responsible for brand promotion.
• Involved in Controlling, Leading and Motivating the team of engineers.
• Negotiating the sale of spares to the best advantage of the vendor.
• Being aware of market conditions and trends.
• Selling the company services to generate new and repeat business.
• To maintain daily log reports, weekly and monthly reports.
• To plan Preventive, Predictive and Brake down Maintenance
• Coaching, training and developing the team.
• Responsibility for Health & Safety in the office.
