Scrum Master and BA of a distributed team in SAFe framework. The teams worked on an enhancement project for the Back Officers of Wells Fargo bank. This project included enhancing the existing UI application for the Work management and Qualified Plans Profile Page which the Back-Office users use.
Roles & Responsibilities
•Worked closely with the Product Owner to gather technical and functional business requirements from Business stakeholders through effective Brainstorming and Focus group sessions
•Created Functional and Technical User stories that adhere to the INVEST and SMART criteria’s by carefully analyzing the granularity of each functions
•Attended various Scrum meetings and acted as a Scrum Master for various ART teams
•Identified and analyzed various Web Services and API’s that can be effectively used for various project functionalities
•Assisted the business in redesigning the process and created a Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) Diagrams, documented the business process flows through solving the complex business problems the organization and teams on values and principles of Agile (Scrum and SAFe)
•Major Involved in developing Web Applications and creating Web Methods.
•Modeled complex Web Orchestrations involving multiple web services from distributed teams
•Worked Closely with team in Creating GUI using HTML, CSS and AngularJS
•Communicate with other management, engineers, SMEs product manager and support specialists on product issues
•Assisted in development of Web Services and tested the Web Services by creating test cases with stub requests and responses in the POSTMAN and validated on various assertions
•Conducted Automation testing using Selenium for the developed functionalities

•Facilitated team for playing Planning Poker to help team define story points for the user stories during the Product Increment Planning and Sprint planning session.
•Extensively applied the best use of Jira tool features in keeping the track of User Stories, Tasks and progress of the work through tracking Velocity and Capacity of the team by constantly monitored Burn Down and Burn up Charts for evaluation.
•Created Release Planning for sprints by calculating the Estimated Velocity continuously.
•Played a pivotal role in setting up Test plans, recording test result for all the user stories.
•Worked with multiple ART (Agile Release Train) teams for effective product and solution demos enabling feedbacks from stakeholders
•Fostered everyone in the team to be their best by bringing transparency, collaboration and continuous improvement
•Experience with defining and implementing DevOps practices to drive automation, speed of delivery and quality
•Assisted the product owner in prioritizing the backlog item using MOSCOW technique
