-Design, plan and develop concepts to create construction plans and technical documents based on project and client needs
-Assists in preparation for plans for existing buildings where plans are not available
 -Meets with clients to determine requirements of projects; determines feasibility of project and prepares cost estimates.
-Digital mock-up design (BIM)and 3d exterior visualizations of Villas in DOHA
-Architectural and interior 3D modeling and animation 
-Architectural Modifications as per client requirements.
-knowledge of municipality`s regulations for projects
- Coordination with other disciplines to ensure projects are well coordinated.
-Visit construction sites to collect measurements and dimensions as needed
-Understand drawings & details, material finishes, construction material requirements, and high attention to detail
-Responsible for the supervision of all CONSTRUCTION works, including labor force, quality control, and coordination with clients and management
-Manage and review designs in coordination with technical standards and construction procedures

-Digital mock-up design(BIM)and 3d exterior visualizations of 80 Villas in Constantine.
-File regularization related to building construction under the law 15/08(38Villas).
-Demolition permits of 2 Villas in Constantine.
-3D exterior visualization of projects: swimming pool, administration, and aset of promotional buildings in Skikda and end of studies projects.

-Digital mock- up design (BIM) of 20 floor residence towers (les Tulipes) in Oran (Algeria).
-Finishing and auditing architectural plans for the project Twins (03residential promotional buildings in Constantine).
Marking of the civil engineering plans for the project Yes Centre (Projectof the commercial centre 2500M2).
-Study of sewage works of the project Twins (03promotional residential buildings in Constantine).

-Site facilities design-Constructing projects of metal framework (20 Hangars &Parking).
-Cost quotations/estimates for the metal framework project (20 Hangars & Parking).
-3D Interior and Exterior visualization.
