Flight Ticketing
- Booking Air TKT (Domestic & International Flights) (Business Trips and Expats home leave, from Begin of Contract until End of Contract) plus (Special Guests) - (Trainings).
- Providing Direct VISA to (Emirates UAE - Jordan - India - China, etc… ) for all Staff.
- Providing (OTB - OK TO BOARDING) System for the all nationalities black listed entering KRG or they are first time visiting KRG.

Accommodation
- Hotel reservation for local staff & Internationals.
- Coordinating events of all (Business event, Trainings, Special events.
- Monthly Analyzing all my financial activities.
- Housing arrangement for expats (House, Rent Contract, and Negotiation).
- Preparing and organizing the rental contract between the foundation landlord.
- Organizing rent payment under specific policy.
Residence cards and KRG Visa
- One year of experience working at Korek Telecom Company as Corporate Service and (Expats Global Service).
- • Prepare Visas for expats.
- • Prepare letters of Residence Cards.
- • Transportation arrangements, vehicle registration and protocol of welcoming new expats and VIP persons at Airport.
- • Emailing to all expats for renewal residence cards
- • Renewal Residence cards with assist of company lawyer.
- • Protocol, assist expats at the time of their political interviews.
- • Daily updates of the soft documents, and archiving.
- • Prepare monthly vehicle logs, which shows movement time, location and km.
- Pay Roll: Analyzing employees’ salary according to the in&out time sheet and leaves.
- Employees advance payment: providing just 4 months from employee basic salary in advance and payback during next 4 months under specific policy.
- Archiving: responsible of all employees personal & business documents.
- Overtimes: calculating all employees overtime under specific policy.
- Fleet Management: Manages the operation and maintenance of the organization's motor vehicles. Oversees DOT compliance and reporting as it relates to the fleet, and responsible of 50 vehicles, and providing transport & transfer (Land) employees, foundation property to all foundation points inside Iraq under specific policy.
- Member committee:: In the purchase of cars for the purposes of commercial competitions and other purposes.
