I take charge with full operations in the store
• Keen monitoring of stocks inventory in order to maintain the adequacy of the stock level but not limited to reporting of damage and defective items
• Accurate reporting of inventory against the delivery manifest, daily sales figures, weekly sales reconciliation and monthly sales statistics
• Ensures a good merchandising in accordance with the company’s standard
• Provide the new staff with product knowledge, store operation and regulations
• Prompt and polite response to customer needs, queries and complaints to maintain the good relation with the customer
• Establish procedures, polices and standard so that every work done in a pattern.

• I take charge with full operations in the store in the absence of the Store Manager
• Resolves the customer queries and problems
• Handles the customer bills and payments
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned

• Converts and encodes all printed media and information to digital file for easy access and management.
• Responsible for the accurate data entry to meet the basic needs and indicators of poverty.
• Updates and reviews NHTS-PR database to ensure all information is precise.
