Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
• Answer phones and respond to customer requests.
• Buy and Sell Share Stocks and place customer orders in computer system.
• Provide customers with Stock Market Status and service information.
• Offer high quality customer service in a professional manner.
• Carry out trades for clients (over the phone)
• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
• Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved.
• Put up stock quotes and news to clients.
• Record all phone conversation with clients.
• Accept stock certificates and customer checks.
• Offer all types of customer services for all aspects of account maintenance.
• Help the customers on the Internet when the Internet is down and answer to their questions about the market.
• Execute other projects/duties as assigned.
• Educate customers to working of the market by enabling Internet access.
• Obtaining information on securities, market conditions, government regulations and financial circumstances of clients.
• Interpreting data from securities reports, financial periodicals and stock-quotation viewer screens
• Analysing financial markets and financial market products.
• Providing information and offering advice on financial market matters, market conditions and the history and prospects of corporations.
• Identify investment opportunities from market and behaviour of publicly listed companies
• Monitoring futures prices and market changes, and bidding for commodity futures contracts
• Conduct studies on financial sources, stock and bond reports, corporate annual reports, economic trend reports and other materials to extrapolate investment trends.
• Relaying trade information to clients such as the number of contracts bought and sold and the price.
• Analyze portfolios of investor clients to determine to dispose certain stocks and get more promising ones.
• Executing buys and sells orders and bonds in the market place on behalf of clients.
• Buy and sell stocks and bonds for individual investors, pension funds managers, bankers and companies.
• Recording and transmitting buy and sell orders.
• Calculating and recording costs of transactions

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Maintain the documents and drawings in the Document Control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.
• Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project.
• I’m responsible for coordinating with all departments of the company in order to assure that all documents are kept in the right place and in the right department file archive.
• To ensure that all corporate documents are well checked and submitted on time prior to the documents submission due date. It is a fact that not all employees follow the standard format thus making it the responsibility of a document controller to edit documents that have typographical errors and other types of errors that may lead to the disqualification of a document.
• To perform regular audit on corporate documents in order to ensure that all documents are properly submitted to other departments.
• Responsible for file validation and document controlling. Before submitting a document, a document or file must first be checked and approved. This is the task of a document controller that all files submitted are approved by the superior in charge.
• I make sure and effectively follow the company’s standard operating procedures in submissions of documents. Standard document submissions must take
• Submitting corporate documents punctually and with quality. Documents with poor quality may lead to further an operational problem that is why it is important to submit each document with standard quality.
• Ensures that all documents have no errors in filenames, submissions, etc before submitting it to the nest department to avoid confusion.
• Preparation of all documents and communicating with employees in order to make submissions early is part of the job description of a document controller.
