As a Social Media Specialist, I am responsible for day-to-day Social Media Marketing, Customer Engagement & Community Building initiatives for Daraz Pakistan in the following Social Media Channels:
Facebook Twitter
Instagram Google Plus
Viber Public Chat
My core responsibilities include:
• Management and planning of all Social Media Campaigns (Paid & Organic) in Pakistan.
• Optimization of Paid Campaigns (Budgeting, Targeting, etc.) on the basis of analytics data on campaigns’ performance and outcome (ROI goals)
• Analysis of Best Products, Mediums and Techniques to market based on the data from Google Analytics & Smartly
• Implementation of Special Event Based Campaigns such as Daraz Black Friday, Daraz Fashion Week, and Infinix Launch in Pakistan on Paid & Organic Social Media Channels
Key Achievements:
• Increased Twitter engagement by 70%
• Introduced new engagement initiatives on Social Media that helped increased Organic Reach on Facebook by 10% between August and October 2015
• Educating Pakistan about Black Friday & pulling off the event for Daraz.
