IT Project Manager overseeing a portfolio of 30+ projects and managing external vendors. My tasks include portfolio management, project planning and execution, requirements gathering, resource management, stakeholder communication, risk and issue management, vendor management, and continuous improvement.
-Define and prioritize product features and requirements, working closely with international vendors and cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, BAs, marketing, and customer support.
- Manage the product development lifecycle, including conducting market research, defining user stories, creating wireframes, and overseeing the development, testing, and launch of new products.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure that products are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Familiar with: Jira, Figma, Confulnce, Kanban board, Miro, Agile Scrum Methodology, and UAT.
- Conduct day-to-day project coordination, planning, and
implementation across multiple teams.
- Create functional and technical application documents.
- Responsible and accountable for the coordinated management of
multiple related projects.
- Build credibility, establish rapport and maintain communications
with stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Maintain continuous alignment of program scope with strategic
objectives and make recommendations to modify programs to
enhance effectiveness.
- Coach, mentor, and lead personnel within a technical environment.
- Present periodic reports on current programs, incident, annual, and achievements.
- Social publishing contents in (WebSite, Twitter and SnapChat).
- Representing our university in several events and conferences.
