1. Perform weekly, monthly, and ad-hock reviews and analysis of current processes using
operational metrics and KPIs.
2. Create database by using SQL Oracle for different data types to be single source of truth.
3. Updating databases daily, weekly, and monthly to deliver most recent data reports and
dashboards for better decision making.
4. Build financial models, growth rate and forecast accuracy achievement reports for sales
and stock.
5. All reports and KPIs presented in a simplified manner in both numeric and graphical
presentation using BI tools as Power BI application.
6. Prepare achievement and Incentive reports for field force.
Key Achievement: Preparing periodical sales growth, achievement, and accuracy
reports in addition to stock management to maximize sales, minimize lost sales, and
risk to expire and optimize stocks.
1.Administers health and welfare plans, including enrolments, and terminations.
2. Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure
accurate record-keeping and proper deductions.
3.Maintaining records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database and
ensure all employment requirements are met.
4.Schedule meetings and interviews as requested by the director of HR.
