I. Employee Relations & Administration:

o Helps with the implementation of services, policies, and programs for staff, and answering general HR inquiries. Double check all policies and required documents signed and delivered properly.

o Manage processes related to staff separation, and termination.

o Collect and review the time-sheets for office staff. And visiting the field to collect field staff time sheets, after being collected by the Center Coordinators in camps. Also, to assist in distributing official documents for field staff.

o Perform a variety of general office support duties, copying, scanning, training and workshops, documents translating, and maintaining secured employee personnel files that reflect all relevant information regarding their employment.

o Responsible for the self HR Audit on Monthly Basis; review employee files and check if there’s any missing documents, and make sure the recruitment process that was done is clear and transparent.

o Responsible for updating HR system as needed, register all staff personal, academic, financial, and recruitment papers.

o Managing all employee training and follow up their progress at RI Academy. Responsible for Sexual exploitation & Abuse training.

o Ensure On-Boarding (Induction) process is being done for all newly hired staff.

o Prepare hiring policies and forms of new hires.

o Provide several reports to management on monthly basis, such as: new hire report, quarterly analysis of termination report, missing papers regarding employee personnel information, training sheet analysis, contract renewals, all staff related entry and exit documentations upon hiring and at the end of assignments.

II. Recruitment Process Support:

o Assisting in hiring process step by step, such as posting jobs on job board or website, reviewing applications in order to ensure professional and qualified candidates are recruited, prepare long list of candidates, screening. And be a part of the interview panel.

o Ensure staff hiring is conducted efficiently and in compliance with RI’s policies and national labor law.

o Do reference checks, terrorist checks, staff transfer and other for all national Staff.

o Prepare Contracts, Contracts extension, Job description, RRF for selected candidates.

o Responsible for the preparation of any official letter that is related to HR department (salary transfer certificate to banks, salary certificates, experience letters...etc) to employees upon request.

o Responsible for all national staff appraisals, promotions and other change of status.

o Develop SOPs related to HR through a collaborative process and ensure their consistent use.

o Participate in HR forum, feedback to ensure consistent implementation of HR policies.

III. Compensation & Benefits:

o Payroll- Liaise with finance and program to insure that monthly payroll and staff benefits are managed in line with budget and organization policies.
o Prepare the payments and Payroll of the Jordanian staff.
