Duties and Responsibiliies:
• Responding to customer inquiries and preparing invoices for pharmacies and hospitals, whether orders for medications or medical supplies.
• Making bids and referrals to government and private agencies and issuing invoices related to each party and each bid
• Ensuring that the customer is fully aware of the product, providing technical support, and solving technical problems related to customers
• Managing purchase orders, returns, and making returns on the system
• Create codes for new materials on the system
• Carry out monthly and annual inventory of the warehouse
• Follow up on customer satisfaction after receiving the product
