Systems and network team leader
As a network and system team leader I was responsible for a team of 5 technician, my main tasks are :
Day to day coaching and supervision of the team
Lead of the relation with the providers
Technical specifications and lead on the project of the installation and configuration of an electronic messaging system
Leading of a network audit and preparation of the plan to enhance security and network availability
Leading of the implementation phase on the “cars supervision project”: the aim of the project is to install a GPRS based system on all the municipality cars in order to supervise them. A tool is installed on the server side in order to get the information on real time.
As a trainee attached to the network and systems team leader on the System information direction my tasks was:
Hardware and software maintenance
Fist level investigations on the problems found on the PC, Laptops and printers
Communication with the providers when needed.
