Managing the Planning and Reporting function to ensure accurate planning of cash and other financial requirements to meet organizational needs • Responsible for Fixed Asset management in coordination with manufacturing management • Managing the Accounting department, controlling the overall Working Capital Management
• Overall responsibility for ensuring on-time payments to suppliers and service providers to meet contractual obligations• Overall responsibility for Accounts Receivables, maintaining low ageing of dues and minimizing risks to the organization• Responsible for internal and external auditing of company results, reporting and processes• Responsible to provide full and detailed reporting on progress against budget and any areas of concern to the General Manager and Corporate Finance management• Management of the Finance Team• Responsible for the health and safety of the entire Finance team throughout their business activities • People management: responsible for the overall Finance team, including appropriate staffing levels, recruitment and development of individuals .Staff payroll processing, leave salary and final settlement preparations.
Ensure efficient and satisfactory customer service. Help customers with their banking needs such as opening new accounts, deposits.withdrawals, bond ordering, traveler’s cheques, and loan payments. Responsible for balancing their own cash drawer. Ensure that first saving bank of Renton customers are treated with respect and provided excellent customer service. Assist customers with our current banking products and issues. Cash checks and process withdrawals; pay out money after verification of signature and customer balances. Balance cash drawer daily and compare totals with the computer totals, report discrepancies to supervisor as necessary. Knowledgeable about service fees, quoting rates, opening and closing accounts. Promote and explain all financial services to customers. Other duties as assigned.
