• Arrange the production plan. Ensure the capacity achievement rate is more than 98%.
• Improve the efficiency and capacity of the equipment
• Improve the yield rate of process; ensure the yield rate is more than the target defined.
• Maintain the operation and production safety of the workshop, achieve the Zero accident.
• Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine the production standards.
• Communicate with management and user personnel to develop the production standards.
• Aware of operations sequence, material flow, functional statements and project information to determine the worker functions and responsibilities.
