 Analyze the exception reports on critical stocks, lost sales, excess stocks etc. and take corrective action to improve parts availability and minimize stock obsolescence.
 Responsible in procuring Volvo spare parts through the use of Parts Universal Logistics System (PULS).
 Responsible in Inventory Control and Planning, Sales and Parts operation process.
 Regular downloading of invoices through Volvo on Demand system.
 Expedite the supply parts with the principals and the logistics service providers to ensure timely
deliveries.
 Obtaining discrepancy report from warehouse in-charge and register claims through PULS
(weekly basis).
 Generate monthly Parts Sales Report (Franchise wise), parts ratio & others.
 Review Parts back order and coordinate to Ministry of Customer Protection Department
(Qatar).
 Control the freight costs by using cost-effective logistics services.
 Provide technical support to other sales staff by resolving their queries and issues by interacting
with the principals.
 Create article master data, process shipping notifications and verify vendor invoices through
SAP.
 Maintain acceptable and accurate inventory levels.
 To co-ordinate customer data collection from parts salesmen on weekly basis for manager
review.
 Assist warehouse team with monthly perpetual inventory to maintain zero discrepancy during
annual stock report.
 Handle complete sales process of walk-in and telephone customers from enquiry to sales order
process to achieve monthly budgeted sales.
 Entertain inter-department requests and transfer of parts requirements and its documentation.
 Supply spare parts requirements to workshop through SAP.
 Prepare local purchase order related to Volvo spare parts.
 Prepare spare parts quotation both for workshop repair orders /counter sales and its invoice.

 Handle credit customers and obtain LPO before delivery of parts & payment follow up as per credit terms and conditions.
 Ensure communication with customer on urgent orders ETA and parts liquidation.
 Ensure cash collection & cash deposits are closed on timely manner as per company
standards.
