• Meet and greet clients, mystery shoppers, and visitors.
• Responsible in managing the day-to-day workflow in the office, making sure all task will be completed at the end of the day.
• Preparing Business Profile, drafting proposals, and preparing agreements. Follow up and correspond effectively with the client via phone calls and emails.
• Preparing Statement of Account, Invoice, Receipts, Credit Note and etc. and following up with the same.
• Prepare weekly client cheque payment update report.
• Maintaining the accounting records of mystery shoppers and transfers monthly dues via Al Ansari Exchange.
• Coordinating with Aramex with the shipments and any documents which needs courier service.
• Maintaining petty cash record, office files and storage system.
• Keeping the list of clients, mystery shoppers, and employee communication and contacts updated.
• Updating and maintaining daily attendance, leave and absence, and sick leave records of the employees
• Organize and ensures office is tidy at all times.
• Monitoring the order supplies related to the office. Responsible in office consumables. I.e. stationeries/pantry and cleaning items.
• Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files.
• Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Managing the Managing Director’s day-to-day schedule and reminding her of all the appointments and meetings.
• Meeting with new clients, presenting proposals, taking down notes during meetings and preparing minutes of the meeting.
• Interviewing mystery shoppers in UAE and Lebanon.
• Scheduling daily visits of mystery shoppers in UAE and Lebanon.
I have a degree in Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management. My expertise covers Food and Beverage Service, Housekeeping, Front Office Procedures, Human Resource Management, and Back Office Procedures. I had undergone On-the-Job trainings at 5-star and reputable hotels and resorts in the Philippines for my local On-the-Job Training. Hence, I have experience and knowledge in Customer Service.
