.Handling six DMS & responsible for the overall management of a Van sales operation and overseeing the daily operation and co-ordination of sales, merchandising, assigned whole sale and security.
Daily morning team briefing.
Handling assigned whole sellers & responsible for achieving whole sellers target.
Responsible for achieving assigned target with in the time limit.
Highlight all sales promotions, monthly offers, credit facilities, and other activities to the customers.
Daily review of all DMS Accountability, Daily sales reports & Customer cards.
Van inventory of all the DMS at the end of every month.
Inventory of assigned wholesalers every week.
Making route plans for different locations & following MCP.
Review daily sales report to analysis the sale targets.
Analyzing sales by brand to improve sales.
Responsible for collection and submission of cash on time.
Responsible for issuing CPR and loading.
Ensuring all the brands available in the market.
Responsible for100% distribution of all SKU’S.
Generating 30% sales from out base.
Keeping knowledge and monitoring the competitor’s activities.
Reviewing MTD Sales per DMS and give directions (corrective if necessary) to them accordingly.
Bring in long-term supply for the company.
Marketing-planning and managing of sales and distribution network of the products in the most
Competitive market.
