1. Responsible for all phases of projects of a highly complex nature in the Construction Sector and acts as a single point of contact for those projects.
2. Defines project scope and objectives. Implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems incorporating Finance, Accounting, Estimating, Procurement, HR and Payroll, Ware House Management System, Vehicle Management System, Workshop and Maintenance Management System.
3. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status report
4. Involving in setting up oracle servers to be used across multiple locations viz Riyadh Jeddah with multiple remote site offices. All the data is replicated to the main server through VPN channels.
5. Develops preliminary project plan and design, determines necessary resources, and project timeline.
6. Assign individual responsibilities and acts as a management resource for project team members.
7. Review and track status of project and deliverables and provides project updates and ongoing cost analysis to IT and business line management. Conducts presentations regarding project status and current issues.
8. Provide assistance to IT team members with issues needing technical expertise or complex systems knowledge. Ensures adherence to project management process and project documentation standards.
9. Developed n-Tier Application using UI, business and data access layer using Asp.net and C#.
10. Used XML readers, datasets and data views extensively for retrieving, querying, storing and manipulating xml data
11. Extensively used Triggers, Procedures for manipulating data.
12. Responsible for creating KPI (Key Performance Indicators) for various departments.
13. Created Reports and Forms using Developer 2000.
