• Assisting my Manager or workshop In-charge with general day to day administrative duties which includes answering
incoming calls, fax and E-mail.
• Handling cash collections in the service center and responsible for cash reimbursement vouchers of the technicians
and other service center expenses.
• Compiling and filing internal and external documents copy.
• Responsible of gathering data to compile reports of service center monthly activities such as monthly revenue
collection reports, MDA monthly deliveries and installations, service request analysis reports for major and small
domestic appliances (MDA & SDA) submitted to manager on or before the deadlines.
