To operate (WTE )waste to energy plant equipment in a safe, smooth and efficient manner
To enforce refuses screening procedure
To carry out front line trouble shooting of ( WTE) waste to energy plant equipment for maintenance
To carry out isolation and normalization of (WTE) waste to energy plant equipment for maintenance
To troubleshoot, study process and equipment fault
To assist Operation Engineer / Shift Leader in attending to plant emergency
Any other duty as assigned
To perform daily local checklist of WTE Boiler house, common and TG Power island plant equipment
To perform pre-start up, start up and shutdown procedure of boiler
To ensure and meet the parameters and limit of emission of the plant for safe environment.
Calibrates pressure transmitter, flow transmitter, temperature transmitter.
Signal cable termination for control system from interface control cabinet to field junction box up to the instrument of the system/loop.
Verification of correct instrument tag number, range, service description, engineering units input and output contact state thru calibration and configuration check at the termination interface cabinet.
Provides assistance to vendor side at the LCP (Local Control Panel) of BMS (Boiler Management System), STG (Steam Turbine Generator), WWT (Waste Water Treatment), DMW (Dimeneralize Water Unit), CWT (Cooling Water Treatment Unit), IDF/FDF (Induce/Force Draft Fan) and Incenerator Control Unit
Tracking and completion of punchlist of all instrument work.
Performs mechanical completion and pre commissioning from signal cable continuity and megger test, stroke test, loop test, and functional test to meet the technical and project specification.
Demolition and reinstallation of new Instrument Interface control Panel as part of modernization and upgrading the entire Control System of the plant and perform system termination at the interface room.
