Reviewing and Checking of Discrepancy in Contract BOQ and Contract Drawing before, during and after Project Execution.
• Prepares Quantity Take off for the following Electrical Systems: MV & LV Feeder system, Power system, Lighting system, and Low Current systems (IPCCTV System, Fire Detection and Alarm System, BMS System, IT Network, Security Access Control System, IPTV system, Telephone and Intercom system, Public Address & Audio Visual System, Nurse Call System, QMATIC System, RTLS & Master Clock System, Digital Signage System and other related Building Low Current Systems)
• Preparing of Material & Quantity take off based on Approved Drawings for reference in Material Requisition, Progress Billing and Quantity Checking.
• Request Quotations Product Catalog & Specifications to Supplier for Material Purchasing
• Evaluating Suppliers Quotations, Terms & Conditions and Checking of Purchase Orders issued to Suppliers & Subcontractors.
• Checking and Valuing Completed Works at Site and Preparing Progress Billings.
• Identifying and Evaluating Discrepancies & Changes in Contract BOQ/ Drawing & Site Instruction Works and Prepare Supporting Documents for Provisional Variation Orders.
• Allocating Scope of Works, Evaluating Quotations and Preparing Contract for Subcontractors.
• Checking Actual Completed Works for Subcontractors at site, Evaluate Claims and Arranging Payments
• Involve in Tendering Team in Checking Tender Documents, Requesting Updated Quotations from Suppliers, Formulating and Pricing Tender BOQ and Preparing other Tender Documents.
• Prepares Material & Labor Monitoring and Preparing of Work progress reports, Documentations, Budget monitoring and cost control.
• Discuss and Jointly agree Quantities in monthly progress Billings with Consultant
• Performs Joint Measurements and Inspection of Installed items at Site.
Supervisory experience, including setting goals and objectives, planning and organizing project implementation & development.
• Prepare and review construction plans & drawings, Technical Specifications, Project schedules, Method Statements, and Contract BOQ for project Implementation.
• Apply for site temporary power from Electric Utilities and electrical work permits from City Hall
• Supervise and monitor Actual Electrical Works at Site during construction to make sure all rules, methodology and specifications are strictly followed.
• Supervise and monitor Electrical Equipment Installation (Transformers, MV & LV Switch Gears, ATS, RMU, Switch Boards, Distribution Boards, Panel Boards, MCC, Meter Center, ECB’s & Disconnects and other electrical Equipments and Devices).
• Perform Internal Inspection of Electrical Works with Q.C. Engr. to ensure workmanship and quality before the Final Inspection of Electrical Consultant/Q.C.
• Work with the Project Manager on day to day activities and on planning for look ahead’s of project developments.
• Ensure work is carried out in a safe manner and all safety regulations are strictly complied with.
• Prepare coordination letters, Technical Queries, Material Approvals, RFI’s, site work request/Permits.
• Attend job site coordination, and management meetings.
• Request materials and tools needed at site and coordinate with Purchaser on material requirements and delivery schedule.
• Prepare Work progress reports, Documentations and progress billings, and budget monitoring and cost control.
• Prepare As-Built Plans and close out requirements on Project Completion.
Planning & Designing Maintenance Strategies, Procedures and Methods for Weekly, Monthly and Yearly Maintenance Schedule.
• Reviewing of as Built Electrical Layout and Installation for all Plant Facility for Reference in Maintaining and Troubleshooting Electrical System.
• Reviewing and Analyzing Industrial & Electrical Devices, Machines and Equipments Manuals & Catalogs for Easy Reference in Monitoring, Repair and Maintenance.
• Performs Routine Monitoring, Checking, Diagnosing and Preventive Maintenance for All Industrial & Electrical Devices, Machines and Equipments.
• Attending to Emergencies and Unplanned Problems, Faults & Breakdown of Electrical Equipments
• Performs Repairs and Preventive Maintenance of Industrial & Electrical Devices, Machines and Equipments.
• Prepare coordination letters and Schedules with other Departments for Scheduled Maintenance and Repair Activities.
• Coordinating with Safety Engineer to Ensures work is carried out in a safe manner and all safety and Plant regulations are strictly complied before Starting Repair and Maintenance Activities.
• Request Replacement & Spare Parts, Materials, Tools and Equipments needed for Day to Day Activities
• Prepare Monitoring reports, Test Reports, Incident Reports, and Documentations.
• Preparing and Monitoring and Reducing Maintenance Cost.
