Job Description: • Assigning and directing the company drivers to pick-up / drop-off passengers back and forth (GTL Site -Offices)
• Scheduling the daily duty of all POB drivers.
• Controlling and facilitating the company pool vehicles for site purposes.
• Receiving all daily phone calls of staffs requesting transport.
• Checking and monitoring the timely service of each assigned vehicle.
• Getting the passenger counts of all Doha-Site Accommodation buses, morning site shuttles and mid-day run shuttles from the bus monitors and ground crew.
• In-charge to collect and hand over all the hard copies of passengers counts (Doha-site) to the secretary in charge for daily tracking.
• Ensuring and reminding the drivers of company safety standard and Qatar traffic laws.
• Coordinating with the supervisor and line manager any issues encountered within the group.
• Reporting any incident happened to the concerned person for immediate action.

Job Description: • Operates and maintaining Ship vessel Utilities and Equipments on line and monitoring of pressure, Temperature level and keep on records in hourly, daily and monthly activities.
• Hand over all Engine room activities happening in 12 hours to the night shift or vice versa.
• Preparation of bunker oil plant, Centrifuge oil Purifier Standby Vessel Engine, Generator and boiler.
• Overhauling repair and troubleshooting of Diesel engine, pumps, motors, Fire water pumps, Heating ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) Steam Boiler, Heat exchanger and other related utilities equipment for the smooth operation of marine vessel.
• Follow the general task as a seaman instructed by the chief engineer by replacement of cathodic protection, cheeping of corroded parts and paint, preparing of e-mail requisition for urgent materials and updating all materials on hand.
• Maintaining of safety equipments like escape capsule, life boat, life jacket, BA cascade system, SCBA and fire water pump.
• Perform gas check and certify for confine space and follow the rule of confine space entry.
• Perform basic welding, fabrication, and modification approved by the Chief Engineer.
