Maintenance Planner
Duties and Responsibilities: • Run SAP (System Application Product in Data Processing) daily to generate and analyze data.
• Generate process and route RPO jobs (Release Purchase Order) thru SAP.
• Generate process and route LPR materials (Local Purchase Request) thru SAP.
• Create Job Notification & Work Order thru SAP (PM01 - Routine Maintenance Job & PM04 - Minor Maintenance Job)
• Convert Job Notification to Work Order (PM01 - Routine Maintenance Job)
• Schedule Preventive Maintenance of Equipment (PM02) based on SAP generated report.
• Plan Work Order thru SAP (routine Work Orders & RPO Work Orders)
• Update item history of notification thru SAP system.
• Closing of Work Orders thru SAP under TECO - Technically Completed and MCOM/NOCO Notification - Maintenance Completed/Notification Closed.
• Generate and route Material Gate Pass & Temporary Access thru ARAMCO Portal
• Document handling/processing for back charging job which is not under the contract list.
• Gather and consolidate reports from all Job Sites (Operation & Maintenance) under Saudi Oger Ltd. as follows: o Consolidate and communicate to Aramco Managers the Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly Accomplishment Report.
o Daily Morning Report (For ARAMCO Utilities Dep't Service Manager daily meeting)
o Daily Highlights Summary Report (Emergency jobs and scheduled shutdowns)
o ARAMCO UD Service Manager Conference Call Report every Wednesday & Saturday morning.
o ARAMCO Shift Superintendent Report (Shift Report)
o Attend ARAMCO Shift Superintendent Conference Call daily after working hours (around 3:45pm onwards)
o Daily Progress Report (Monitor Work Order/Notification Status on daily basis)
o QA/QC and Safety Report Summary
o Maintain document control thru QMS (Quality Management System) - Documentation reports and filed accordingly with specific retention period, hardcopy & softcopy.
