● Ensuring all reports are accurate
● Monitoring RP status in MOI and updating renewed RP’s in
system
● Dispatching RP’s in camps/site
● Monitoring and reminding all camps/sites for their passport
renewal
● Monitoring Hukoomi and updating renewed Hamad Cards in
the system.
● Coordinating with PRO for the application of Visa, RP, Hamad
Card and to report runaway employees.
Monitoring pay card expiry and making list to be renewed by
the bank (CBQ)
● File documentation of employees (Terminated, Resigned,
Runaway and Deceased)
● Recording and dispatching renewed, replaced/new applied paycards
