JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Handling customer complaints regarding payment issues.
2. Checking on daily basis email and all branches complaints, verifying and solving them.
3. Daily basis wrong transaction deletion and modification after verification.
4. Making credit policies.
5. Verifying auditor issues.
6. Checking on daily basis the clearance of passing student.
7. Management instructions going for checking in the branches
8. Debtor pending (Active, Waitlist, Stop) checking on daily basis.
