Marketing Task

• Collect price quotations / Pro-forma Invoice & prepare comparative statement (CS) and get necessary approval from concerned people.
• Purchasing of garments accessories (especially woven garments accessories).
• Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
• Locate vendors of material, equipment or supplies and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales.
• Purchase raw materials with maintaining good quality by cost reduction approach.
• Keep documentation/materials requisition, delivery information and assist the team members on storing and assorting the work orders.
• Coordinate with Finance/Accounts department for supplier payment on time.
• Communicate with customers and others stakeholders.
• Build networking with other related organizations and farms.
• Any other task assigned by the management.
• Work with store officer to prepare Material Receive Requisition(MRR), SIS(Store Issue Slip) and SIR(Store Issue Receipt).
• Responsible to handle the documentation as per company guide line.
• Go for several project visit to gain experience and explore the status of project.
• Prepare report on learning outcome as par the project visit.
• Assist procurement and SCM Manager as per their need in managing documentation.
• Work with store officer to prepare Material Receive Requistion(MRR), SIS(Store Issue Slip) and SIR(Store Issue Receipt).
