•My role was successful management all the
infrastructure works of the project, a full package
of over 100 million AED, consisting of
Infrastructure works, Landscape / Hardscape of A
total area of 20, 000m2.
•My role was successful management tower and the 2 no’s podium levels internal and external works each podium level is 5 floors including DIFC external interface works.
•My role again involved in the summer garden internal and external works. Summer garden a31m high public realm which had indoor landscape and hardscape works.
•Coordination among different stakeholders, Gulf related (client), AECOM(Consultant) and Parsons (Master developer consultants), also internal subcontractors and the huge team of MPX working on the project is the main success of this master development.
•Collaborated with key stakeholders to establish project goals, schedules, and budgets.
•Managed project risks and escalated issues to executive team for timely resolution.
•Led regular progress meetings with clients and presented status updates to senior management.

Duties & Responsibilities:
•My role was successful management zones A & B all the structural works,
•My role was successful management zone-B villa’s structural, architectural and Precast panel installation works,
•Managed all the project material reviews, material delivers, site inspections, site supervision and Implementation of the Project
•Carrying out design coordination and reviews with other disciplines at appropriate intervals during the design process.
•Managing and tracking Arabtec and subcontractor’s manpower and materials to make sure enough is to complete the daily basis task,
•Arranges meetings between the subcontractors and concerned departments/organizations to resolve interfacing problems during construction.
•Issue notification emails and monitor list of outstanding submittals on a weekly to ensure timely return of all submittals in 7 days’ target
•Assists the Project Controls Cost Engineer, by reviewing subcontractors’ invoices for the correctness of installed quantities for the portion of permanent works.
•Organizes the on-site project team and allocates responsibility for HSE, site supervision and document control procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities:
•My role was successful management for all above projects internal and external finishing works, (Gypsum, decorating joinery tiling Stone, rendering and block works.
•Introducing all kind of Mockup finishing at initial stages,
•Arranging manpower and finishing material at per site requirements,
•Conducting finishing works to ensure the quality of finish like snagging,
•Promote and Monitor daily and weekly targets according to task and project program
•Review Health, Safety and Environment Policy statements on an annual basis,
•Monitor the effectiveness of the workers through formal HSE Guidance and inspections,
•Monitoring external rendering and façade works,
•Distributing work to the subcontractors in coordination with the management,
