Lead recruiter within Macquarie's CGM division across EMEA, involved in delivering a superior recruitment service. Work with wider team to execute creative sourcing strategies, identifying and engaging top talent within the market. Engaging with the business throughout the process, becoming a trusted talent advisor, providing market intelligence and consultancy across all initiatives. Increasing direct delivery from ~55% to ~90%, reducing overall recruitment costs, solidifying the stakeholder's trust in the RPO's capabilities as a recruitment partner. Hold events within CGM and aligned business to drive awareness around women in markets, increasing diversity within CGM by 30%. Supporting my CGM aligned sourcer and coordinator with end to end recruitment, from establishing business needs all the way through to candidate onboarding and starting their role. Working closely with my Business Partner, Reward Partner, Global Mobility, Immigration and People & Culture to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
