Procurement of critical laboratory instruments/equipments after evaluation and study, and finally commissioning of said instruments to meet the Production/Process Engineering requirements.
Successful commissioning & Trouble shooting of Gas Chromatographs with thermal conductivity detector, Flame ionization detector & Sulfur chemiluminescence detector was completed for analysis of feedstock and different process streams.
Analytical procedures were developed on Gas chromatograph with Sulfur chemiluminescence detector for trace level (ppt) quantitative and diagnostic analysis for variety of organic & inorganic sulfur compounds.

CAREER OBJECTIVE
Key Achievements:
Customization, calibration and developmental work are performed on Gas Chromatographs to fulfill the analysis requirements of Oil & Gas, Refinery, Urea, Ammonia and Utilities Complexes.
Troubleshooting and advised pragmatic and cost effective solutions of high NOx & SOx Emissions problem of boilers and furnaces flue gases by performing critical analysis and study.
Ascertaining, analyzing and studying the high sulfur slippage problem of zinc oxide based desulphurizers and recommended solutions to resolve the issue.
Project implementation experience of IMS \[ISO 9001:2000 (QMS), ISO 14001:2004 (EMS) and 18001:1999 (OHSAS) Standards\].
Participated in six major turnarounds of plant.
This includes:
•Analytical analysis of raw materials required for turnaround.
•Diagnostic analysis of scales and deposits found during equipment opening, technical analysis is helpful in troubleshooting and critical decision making.
•Wet washing experience of compressors & turbines and Chemical cleaning experience of cooling water exchangers.
•Technical analysis sludge samples found from cooling water exchangers for Troubleshooting.
•Worked as a safety supervisor during plant turnaround.
Developed analytical procedures on polarograph & Ion chromatograph for trace level corrosion monitoring of urea process streams.
Diagnostic analysis of scales and deposits found during equipment opening and its technical analysis is performed to help Plant Maintenance in troubleshooting and critical decision making.
Procurement/Store inventory control of Laboratory Instruments, Equipments, Instrument spares, Chemicals and glassware for the smooth running of laboratory.
To play a vital role in Quality Control of Ammonia, Urea and Utilities processes and assist operation/process engineering in smooth running of Production Operations of plant.
Experience on miscellaneous assignments including analysis of Chemicals, Metal Alloys, Soils / fertilizers, Oils, Gas, Water Treatment analysis, Bacteriological examinations and instrument calibration techniques, etc.
