Responsibilities:-
♦ Planning, Coordinating, Supervising in implementation of company approved HSSE management system and HSSE policies in the LPG Plant, Project site and Petroleum, Oil, Lube (POL) Terminal.
♦ Conducting safety and security coordination committee meeting of LPG Plant, Project site & POL Terminal every month and regular follow up for ensuring timely compliance of all recommendation for continual improvement in the HSSE management system.
♦ Preparing and analysis of daily, monthly & quarterly HSSE reports, sending it to HQO/Authorities.
♦ Working with the team to find engineering solutions that are ALARP(As low as reasonably practicable).
♦ RCM/Preventive/Predictive Maintenance of Automated firefighting System, Fire engines, Deluge valves, pipelines, AFFF Foam station and generators, Gas Monitoring System (GMS), monitors, periodic inspection/NDT of LPG vessels and LPG pipelines for ensuring zero downtime.
♦ Participating in studies like Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP), Hazard Identification (HAZID), SIMOP, Safety Integrity Level (SIL), Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) & Safe Operating Envelope (SOE).
♦ Analyzing HSSE statistics and documentation of statistics, excellent competency in Risk assessment planning, communication and implementation. Developing high performance-low cost HSSE techniques.
♦ MOC (Management of Change) coordinator for the LPG Plant, Project site & POL Terminal. Ensuring effective implementation of MOC process for all changes, right from change identification to change request assessment & analysis. Taking final approval of MOC and its successful implementation.
♦ Conducting Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Risk Matrix Analysis for issuance of Permit to Work (PTW) e.g. HOT/COLD/Work at height/Electric), Confined space Authorization, Excavation Authorization in LPG Plant, Project site and POL Terminal as per OISD-105 for Job Safety at work Place.
♦ Ensure Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is available, deployed and compliance monitoring for all departments working inside the Company premises. Conducting training for effective usage and benefits of wearing PPE.
♦ Conducting trainings for Management Officers, LPG & POL Operators, Security Supervisors and Security Guards on HSSE module developed as per training calendar & OISD 154 standards.
♦ Support bulk & packed LPG/POL Distribution on the proactive Road Transport HSSE management & comply with Road Safety norms including training to the transporter crew for best safe haulier practices.
♦ Designing Safe Operating Practices (SOP) in line with Oil Industry Safety Directorate norms(OISD), ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS- 18001:2007 requirements and training workmen & Officers to follow the Safe Operating Practices (SOP) and implement Quality, Environment & Occupational Health Management & Safety Standards.
♦ Conducting Disaster Control Mock fire drills in association with State Administration & mutual aid members for reviewing the preparedness for man & machine in LPG Plant, Project site & POL Terminal.
♦ Working as BBS (Behavioral Based Safety) coordinator for LPG Plant, Project site & POL Terminal and Implemented BBS including training. Conducting monthly review for BBS observers for continual improvement.
♦ Conducting Internal Safety Audits (ISA), Multi-Disciplinary Safety Audits & Surveillance Audits of LPG Plant, Project site and POL Terminal as per OISD-144 and OISD-150 for continual improvement and identifying gray areas & loop holes in HSSE system.
♦ Technical analyst of Incident Investigation Team of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. for conducting investigations like Immediate, underlying and Route cause Analysis (RCA).
♦ Expertise in planning and proposing of CAPEX as well as OPEX budgets with timely implementation and reviews in the budget. Implementation of vendor management system in HSSE department.
Responsibilities:-
♦ Preventive/Predictive Maintenance Schedule and Reliability Centered Maintenance followed by doing regular AMC of machines and instruments for ensuring zero downtime.
♦ Conducted M&R coordination committee meeting of Plant every month and regular follow up for ensuring timely compliance of all recommendation for continual improvement in the M&R management system..
♦ Maintenance of Air/LPG Compressors.
♦ Maintenance of LPG Filling Equipments.
♦ CP System of Mounded Storage Vessels.
♦ Maintenance of LPG/Water Pumps
♦ Maintenance of Air Driers.
♦ DG sets, VCB, Transformer and Motor Control Centre of Plant, including two pole structures, Earth Pits.
♦ Alert Management System/Maintenance Module for Maintenance of all Equipments (Thru Online Maintenance Module portal).
♦ Conducting Regular Trainings of Electricians and Fitters as per OISD Standards.
♦ Handled M&R department independently with a manpower of more than 225 Engineers/Operators / Contract men.
