• Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Stores /warehouse, ensuring that all packages are processed efficiently and accurately & lead a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and direction to ensure productivity targets are met.
• Key responsibilities :
• Supervising and coordinating all activities Store/Warehouse associates to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with procurement team to order necessary supplies.
• Implementing and enforcing safety procedure to create a safe work environment.
• Training new employees on Stores/warehouse processes and procedures.
• Plan and prioritize work assignments for the team to ensure optimal workflow and productivity.
• Develop team members through training on proper warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with standard operating procedure (SOPs) to maintain quality control and accuracy of inventory.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement. Logistics. And customer service. To ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfilment.
• Oversee inventory management & conduct regular cycle counts & audit to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient warehouse practices to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Develop the necessary operational activities to meet and support departments’ merchandising and inventory needs.
Manage the stores operations and ensure achievement of agreed departmental requirements.
