Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannually &annually reports for RC-
EPCD.
• Prepare various environmental modelling report.
• Conducting ambient air quality sampling with various analyzer (Gasmet, Miran, etc.)
• Submit rain report to RC-EPCD according to the regulation and protocol.
• Managing and ensuring the quality and security of environmental data which includes: air
quality data, water quality data, noise monitoring data, visual observations from monitoring
sites, soils quality data, waste logs, etc. Provide technical assistance to Ma’aden corporate
environmental engg team.
• Regularly checking the status of monitoring stations.
• Coordinated, reviewed, and completed programs and projects regarding air emission with
compliance programs associated with RC Regulations.
• Data monitoring & validation of air quality monitoring stations (AQMS) data.
• Review, analysis and comments on Stack testing report, Continuous Emission Monitoring
System (CEMS) report, Fugitive Emission Monitoring System (FEMS) report and Noise
report from facilities (SWCC, Ma’aden Aluminum & Ma’aden Phosphate Company).
• Review and comments on Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report for RC-EPCD.
• Prepare and analyze of Air Quality Index (AQI) and Particulate Matter Index in Rasal-Khair
industrial city.
• Conducting environmental studies on various pollutant and investigation of any pollutant
exceedance.
• Prepare notice of non-compliance letters to industries and administers based on the extent
of industry violations and non-adherence.
• Participates in periodic revision of client’s RC-EPCD regulations and standards.
• RC - Emergency Duty Officer (EDO) job in Rasal-Khair industrial city.
• Support industrial survey and photographic survey in Rasal-Khair.
• Planning and leading the implementation of measures to enhance processes and
procedures to enforce the client’s environmental regulations.
• Evaluates self-monitoring reports and other technical reports submitted by industries and
coordinates with other sections regarding violations.
• Review and evaluate submitted data from investors.
• Develops scopes of work for environmental studies.
• Manages subcontractors performing environmental studies and reviews/comments on work
products.
• Coordinate efforts to ensure that emission levels comply with RC-EPCD environmental
regulations.
• Coordinated, reviewed, and completed programs and projects regarding air emission with
compliance programs associated with RC Regulations
• Working collaboratively as a team to complete the work.
Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products, and recommend necessary
corrective actions.
• Interpret, Implement and evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards.
• Discard or reject products, materials, and equipment not meeting specifications.
• Inspection, testing, and sample materials or assembled parts or products for defects and
deviations from specifications.
• Observe and monitor production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to
specifications and make or order necessary process or assembly adjustments.
• Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.
• Approves batches, incoming raw materials, and routine analysis of the different samples to
classify their physical and chemical identity.
• Able to perform analytical analysis from the following equipment; Hydrometer, Thermometer,
Scales, Viscosity meter, pH meter, Flash Point, Pour Point, Hot furnace for Magnesium test
etc.
• Conduct and document the process and system audits using written procedures as Audit
standards.
• Coordinate calibration of all test equipment and fixtures.
• Maintain all controlled files and test records in a timely accurate manner.
• Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data.
• Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection system.
• Involve in the writing and updating inspection procedures, protocols and checklists.
• Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Work with production management to provide feedback regarding manufacturing/blending
procedures.
• Ensures that all work meets applicable QA/QC guidelines.
• Responsible for the completion of all documentation and Producing Test Plans and reports.
Implement the QA/QC management system at site
• Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub-contractors and vendors coordinate
all non-destructive testing on site
• Coordinate with the customers representative on all quality matters
• Coordinate all receipt inspections
• Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors
• Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and
standards
• Participate in the site internal and external site audits
• Coordinate all the quality site inspections through the site QC inspectors
• Ensure all quality control documentation is compiled and completed for as-built hand over
through the QC turnover supervisor.
• Control all nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action
• Compete site quality control instructions and action remedial responses
• Review the customers specification and undertake relevant training to the site QC inspector
• Monitor the implementation of the approved site QC Plan
• Complete and coordinate the approval of the sites QC technical submittals to the customer
• Coordinate with the site construction manager on all quality issues Coordinate and chair the
QA/QC site weekly meetings with the projects subcontractors QC personnel
• Elaborating inspection and test programs
• Ensure the safety is adhered to at site
• Assure all technical documents relative to site quality control are current status
• Corresponded with site development teams.
