Job Description :
-Carry out maintenance work from planning as scheduled to execute with result realization time target.
-Managing manpower to get efficient and effective maintenance work process.
-Carry out trouble shoot electrical and mechanical system.
-Conducted in mechanical, electrical analysis and troubleshooting on equipment problem.
-Improving and upgrading electrical and mechanical system
-Ensuring availability of parts and tooling for maintenance
-Monitoring preventive maintenance ( Electrical and mechanical ) activities and follow up
-Maintenance cost management and monitoring spare part and inventory.
-Monitoring and troubleshooting for : Roll Service, Hydraulic System, Pneumatic System, Gear box and Vacuum pump.
-Monitoring and troubleshoting for : Heavy Equipment ( Forklift and Wheel Loader ) and machine workshop.
-Electrical program and troubleshoting : Programable Logic Control (PLC) Omron and Siemens; Inverter ( Motor Drive )
-Wiring Electrical, troubleshoting and Panel Electrical : AC and DC.
Job Description :
• Coordinate and maintain all mechanical and electrical project.
• Ensure the effecient solution of development and maintenance process including electrical, water pump, mechine and electrical panel as well production machines.
• Coordinate with the project management engineer and contractors to adapt mechanical design
• Analyze and calculate the budget.
• Monitoring and controlling contractor/ sub contractor related to ME activities.
• Monitoring spare part, tool and inventory for project.
• Carry out instalation machine, elctrical and program system.
• Commisoning and run test machine.

• Maintenance cost management and monitoring, including managing spart parts inventory

* Conducted in planning the modification and improvement of equipment
* Conducted in planning, scheduling and arrange the mechanical maintenance program
* Participate in maintain the production target quality and quantity
