• MacAfee Antivirus Installation/Deployment and configuration with all client agents.
• Support to InfoSec team regarding hardware/software license and auditing.
• Handling Customer Complaints, high level escalation & resolving them in specified SLA.
• Managing Asset Inventory using Lansweeper tool.
