Handling all branch accounts, including VAT preparation, Payroll, Reconcilation of Bank, Accounts payable, Receivables, GL, Monitoring stock monthly basis and adjusting stock, Handling petty cash

1- Assist Financial Manager for Closing of financial year, periods and finalization of Accounts.
2- Preparation of Year ending Schedule and Accounts for Auditing
3- Preparing and Uploading Monthly Payroll
4- Responsible for All the Export Activities of the Company Including its Documentation.
5- Vat Filling and Vat Reports.
6- Responsible to Provide all the reports and ocuments to GAZT
7-Control Yearly Inventory and Stock Adjustment.
8- Periodical reconciliation of Bank, Account payables and Account receivables.
9- Follow up with export customers for the timely Payments as per the agreed terms
10- Arrange the Payment to Suppliers and other external parties
11- Maintaining day-to-day bank Transactions.
12- Posting day to day journal entries in accounting system
13- Maintaining daily cash activities.
14- Handling Vehicle and Medical Insurance.
15- Making Several Sales Report for Management.
16- Prepared and reviewed budget, Periodical Budget evaluation reports
17- Preparation of L/C and L/C Related Documents.
18- Preparation of Depreciation Schedule & Asset List.
19- Preparation of sales commission on monthly or quarterly basis.
20- Preparation of EOSB Schedule.

1- Handling General ledger, accounts receivables and accounts payables.
2- Preparation of sales invoices.
3- Preparation of Purchase Invoice
4- Follow up for the final invoice receiving.
5-Maintained daily, monthly and yearly Cash flow statements, Fund flow statements.
6- Maintained and Controlled Customers and vendors Accounts.
7- Managed Bank Transactions, Bank Reconciliation Statements
8- Managed provisions, prepaid, Accrued and Depreciation.
