Duties & Responsibilities
• Monitoring and maintaining adequate and reliable accounting system
• Making monthly adjusting journal entries and Intercompany reconciliation
• Timely finalizing books of accounts & ensuring its submission for Annual Audit
• Performing cost control and supervision of day to day activities of subordinate
accounting staffs of subsidiary companies in Oman, UAE, Qatar & Saudi
• Assisting Financial Manager to prepare and present management reports.
• Preparing monthly financial statements, Salary & OT Analysis Reports and
other Reports required by Management
• Provide training to new and existing staff as required
• Verifying bank book, daily cash closing statements and taking corrective actions
• Prepare monthly collection target and follow-up for each Subsidiary company

Duties & Responsibilities
• Handling Internal as well as Statutory audits of various companies and banks.
• Manage complete Audit Planning activities, ensuring completion of Internal as
well as Statutory audits on time
• Evaluate the internal control systems & procedures and prepare audit report
with a view to highlight the shortcomings and recommendations
• Handling Tax Audit, Concurrent Audit, Stock Audit and Debtors Analysis of
various companies including PSU
• Preparation and filing of various statutory returns such as e-TDS, Service tax,
VAT etc
• Preparation of Income Tax computation and returns of Individual, Firms and
Companies
• Provide financial advice and support to the client to enable them to make
sound business decisions
• Assigning work among accounting staff and junior audit assistants and follow
up and ensuring the assignments are completed on time
