Getting to the root cause of accident, then finding different solutions and to implement them to avoid further and in addition finding and closure of Unsafe Acts (USA).
My project was to introduce lean manufacturing and to reduce the cycle time using my industrial engineering techniques.
• Learned different process involved in fabrication of Refrigerators, Deep Freezers and Washing Machines.
• Sheet metal operations(i.e. shearing, roll forming, notching and piercing through dies, bending through different presses)
• Paint shop operations include degreasing, coating with phosphate, curing before paint, power coating and drying oven.
• Injection molding machines of various sizes starting from 400 to 3000 ton for the formation of washing machine tub, body and other accessories.
