• Supervised and coordinated with technicians, workers and maintenance staff to enhance the overall

• Supervising the operation of the PVC polymerization reactor, Unreacted VCM recovery unit, PVC drying
unit. And taking maintenance by observing the critical process parameter.
• Led initiatives to improve Process safety & workplace safety, identifying potential hazards and
recommending corrective actions.
• Developed plans for the optimal use of the material, labor and equipment to meet daily production targets
and collaborated with cross functional teams from various departments.
• Trained in Process safety Management, Mechanical Integrity and Quality Assurance, Management of
Change and Barrier health Management, Incident Reporting, Safety Interaction, Safe work Practices
• Handling emergency situation in the plant such as power failure, critical equipment failure, elevate
information to the superior properly and Investigation of near misses, deviation from safety protocol
• Trouble shooting problems in the P o l y m e r s e c t i o n which affects the productivity, safety and
efficiency.
• Mass balance & energy balance calculation for the Polymer and spray dryer unit.
• Working in the Honeywell Experion PKS DCS system and also working in the PLC system.
