∙ Led a 4-member team, overseeing 10 projects supporting various merchant centers for a diverse clientele.
∙ Our clients range from different banks in India to MNCs like Sodexo, for
which we make software for their merchants. I was eventually involved
in a handover of those projects to Accenture.
∙ Currently spearheading the development of a component design system library to facilitate rapid prototyping of dashboard creations for our
company.
∙ Designed architecture for meesho.com: a server-side rendered React
app generating 5 million+ unique SEO product pages, serving 20 million
Indian users.
∙ Prioritized optimizing web views for near-native speed on Android, ensuring backward compatibility with older Android OS versions.
Successfully orchestrated the seamless migration of the project from a PHP/jQuery site to a cutting-edge React Redux-based platform, efec tively overcoming design challenges.
∙Involved in a large-scale project with 6 Devs, 2 Designers, and PM. Im plemented PWA, Adaptive Design(diferent design in mobile and web), and ofline-first functionality.
∙ Independently developed and launched a dynamic web form project,
catering to the needs of a growing customer base.
∙ Acquired expertise in React and took the initiative to train the entire
team, guiding them in configuring and architecting new React projects
for the company.
