• Setting out site layouts, interpret structural drawings, inspecting the correct
construction measurements and developing work schedules.


• Oversee construction at the site to ensure adherence to the project specification and
codes
• Collaborate with Project Managers, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure the
project completion timely.
• Perform daily surveillance and inspections of civil works (form work, rebar, concrete
pours, earthworks) for compliance.
• Inspect material delivery (concrete, aggregates, steel) and supervise field testing.
• Manage all trade activities of contractor and conduct keen quality inspection for
finishing work
• Preparing Request for Inspection, quality records, progress report, and NCR’s
• Assist with resolving issues and answering questions from workers
• Arrange with punch list items and final inspections
• Contribute health and safety environment during construction period

• Ensure to comply the HSE policy of the company.

 Responsible on setting out installation aluminium system (cladding, spider, curtain wall,
doors and windows)
 Inspection of material and workmanship to maintain high quality standards
 Collaboration with higher management, attending regular meetings and solving complex
problems arise at site.
 Submit document report to the Project manager for progress status of the projects.
 Conduct regular inspections, ensure clear work areas, verify equipment, and enforce
safety rules

 Daily monitoring of subcontractors to ensure the given specifications are followed and
carry out site inspection for civil and finishing work.
 Arrange materials and equipment to prepare foundation work, formwork installation
and concrete casting.
 Supervise of contractors ensuring to meet the quality, safety and budget goals by
coordinating teams.
 Inspect shop drawing provided by subcontractor prior implement on site and provide
technical drawings to support Project Manager.
 Regular submission of progress report, detailed safety files, and records.

 Responsible for interpreting projects specifications and providing 2d and 3d
models (architectural and structural)
 Revise drawing based on comments and feedback from the client.
 Prepare thorough material quantity take-off for bidding process.
