• Instrumental in handling on procurement and construction activities of AGRP (Acid Gas Removal Plant) for the client KNPC, Mina Al Ahmadi Refinery in collaboration With Tecnimont S.p.A.
• Efficiently supervising the pipeline construction of DM water Boiler 08 (PTO1) part of AGRP.
• Monitoring progress of projects at various stages to ensure completion within time/cost constraints simultaneously complying with established quality standards..
• Coordinating with various team members for ensuring smooth execution of the workflow within the deadline.
• Monitoring quality standards and safety measures on the site and ensuring all operational regulations are adhered to.
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively participated in the commissioning of largest power plant of UAE with 2060 MW Jebel Ali ‘M’ station as well as assisted the seniors in commissioning of steam turbines each of 220MW.
• Acquired knowledge on operation, maintenance and commissioning of gas turbines each of 226 MWs.
• Gained in-depth understanding of Siemens SGT 5- 4000F V94.3a gas turbines and associated 20 auxiliaries deployed at 2060 MW combined cycle power plant facility.
• Offered assistance to the Siemens valve specialists in carrying out the inspection activities of control valves and emergency stop valves of the fuel oil system, ensuring compliance with the requirements of projects specs to best meet project objectives and adhere to project scope, time, cost and quality constraints.
• Worked in HRSG (heat recovery steam generator) which regenerates the exhaust gasses from gas turbines and sends it to steam generator.
• Underwent extensive training on safety induction conducted on kind of suites to be wore at different sites in the plant, application of different types of gas masks used for different volatile gasses like methane, natural gas etc. and actions that needs to be taken during emergencies.

• Gained comprehensive knowledge on HMI (Human Machine Interface), a graphic display representing the entire plants with sensors and operations.
• Participated in site visit in Kuwait oil company (KOC) site office in Ahmadi for experiencing the real life working of experion systems.
