- Overall incharge for the Asphalt and Steel Section such as testing in accordance in testing requirements and specifications. checking of equipment calibration and other issues and concerns regarding these sections.
Creates a construction weekly report for the owner that includes material testing monitoring, weekly project progress, and project budget report (contractor’s billing report and Owner Supplied Materials (OSM) quantity monitoring),
Participate in Weekly Coordination Meeting and Weekly Project Technical Meeting together with Project Management Team, Contractor and Designers in assisting in terms of technical matters for the possible change in For Construction Drawing (FCD) Plans vs. Actual Site Condition,
Set up a meeting to report and assist the owner regarding the project status and possible outcome for the project,
Assist and follow up the contractor for their weekly activity to attain project objectives and inspect to attain quality as per FCD Plans.
Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction performed in site,
Carry out inspection and check for all quality-related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site as per approved method statement and inspection test plan,
Coordinate with the Consultant Project Engineer for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of NonCompliance Report,
Report to the Site Project Manager, control and monitor all activities related to the Management System, including of monitoring log,
Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, material’s test result, inspection request, noncompliance reports. Responsible for the closure on Non-conformance report (NCR),
Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity,
thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural, and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary operations
Responsible for security, health and safety, and organizing and
supervising materials and people,
Checking drawings and quantities and ensuring the accuracy of calculations,
